Last Saturday we had a storm and I have been asking boaters to PLEASE, NOT USE the courtesy dock to just pull over and wait out the storm. This is why. I had a boat who launched from Lampe Marina when he came in to get out of the storm there was no where to pull up. The courtesy dock was filled up with boaters just waiting for the storm to end. He had to pull into the marina and hold up against the wall. We have a courtesy dock for the boaters who don't launch from here when there is a storm or if they are broke down or towed in. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS.

PERCH: are out in 54 to 63 ft of water. Boaters are picking them up west of Trout Run in 54 ft all the way to Elk Creek in 63 ft of water.

I went out with Moxie Man (Steve Burt),John Grody, and James Trocki on Tuesday and we caught some of just about everything. This is James Trocki and myself with a couple of the perch we caught. They were in 63 ft of water west of Trout Run. We used emerald shiners and we got some real big perch. We had 80 perch in two hours.

WALLEYE: are in 60-65' of water. Caught trolling with worm harnesses trolling from Elk Creek east to west of Trout Run and back again. They seemed to have moved out into the trenches. The ones that were being caught near shore don't seem to be there any longer. They have been tougher to catch lately too.

Tom Lutsch of Millcreek brought this nice sized walleye in.

Here is James Trocki and myself again with a couple of the Walleye we caught. We ended up with 14 before we had to come in. Nice sized ones too.

Mike Dolecki of Greensburg, PA caught this one.

STEELHEAD: are out in between the first and second trench. A few stragglers have been caught in the creek but there are only a couple in there. The main run doesn't start till late September to middle October. Water temperature has to be around 64.

Here I am with a real nice sized steel head caught while we were trolling for Walleye. She was real fun to reel in.

BASS: are being caught while fishing for walleye in close.

This 14 year old young man (Christopher Shaffer) from State College caught this 5 ½ pounder the other day.

Ken Kennedy of Crescent PA came in with this citation size fish.

FISH FRY: This Sunday - 2:00 PM. Fish must be here at the office no later than 4 PM on this Friday the 3rd .

I want to Thank everyone for helping out with donations. It makes it run smoother.

WARNING: I have had a few people tell me they are hitting something in the center of the channel. Be careful and stay away from the center as you go out until something can be done about it.
